2022 Health & Safety Guidelines

EVERYDAY BASICS

  • All Bramble & Blossom team members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • Team members will be required to remain home if demonstrating signs/symptoms of illness, including but not limited to, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, runny eyes, sore throat, or nausea.

    • Any team members that arrive at work displaying the above symptoms will be sent home immediately.

  • Masks will be worn by all team members at all times while working in our studio, until CDC guidelines change.

  • All team members must wash hands prior to beginning work and in between tasks.

  • All team members must maintain social distance.

  • Workspaces and vehicles will be sanitized and we will disinfect all surfaces routinely throughout the day.

WEDDING DAY EXTRA STEPS

  • Team members will adhere to social distancing guidelines.

    • We will remain apart from other vendors, their teams, and your guests.

  • Personal flowers will be delivered to spaces where the fewest possible people are present.

    • We are able to pin boutonnieres onto empty suits, drop flowers off in empty rooms, etc.

    • We will make a plan that you are comfortable with.

  • Any decorations placed near food stations, cakes, place settings, or other food related spaces will be set out while wearing gloves.

  • Delivery and set up will be scheduled for the time on your wedding day when the least amount of people are present, to limit our team's interaction with other staff, vendors, and guests.

  • We are offering next-day pick-ups for rentals at no additional cost, which allows our team to pick up all of our rental items in an empty venue. In 2020 and 2021, we were asked by many venues not to come at the end of the event so that our team did not add to the head count in the building at the end of the evening.

We pride ourselves on our team's attention to detail and our compassionate commitment to the wellness and safety of others. If you have any questions about how we're working to follow CDC guidelines, or how any of these practices might impact your wedding celebration, feel free to reach out: hello@brambleandblossompgh.com
